Our Mission

Committed To Quality Care (CTQC) is dedicated to creating a system of care that assists and provides support to individuals and families with complex conditions, while providing them the option to live in their own environment. 

We build upon strengths that support and promote independence to grow and develop personal connections in natural settings.  We provide services to adults, adolescents and children who may be considered high risk and vulnerable by providing a unique and individualized approach to their care.

Each individual is provided opportunities to engage in meaningful life skills such as shopping, money management, learning new tasks in a manner that is uniquely applied to fit each individual's need.   CTQC also understands the importance of engaging in social activities to promote self-sufficiency and independence.
